Iran threatens after strategic island strike: 'We will attack energy infrastructure of regional oil companies'

|
In the wake of the massive U.S. military strike on the Islamic Republic's 'oil island' in the Persian Gulf, Iran is threatening that any attack on its oil and energy infrastructure "will lead to attacks on energy infrastructure owned by oil companies in the region that cooperate with the U.S." This was reported by Iran's armed forces, which include the Revolutionary Guards. In the strike on Kharg Island, "all military targets" at the site were attacked, but the U.S. refrained from striking the oil infrastructure.
