|
The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment at the Ashkelon Juvenile Court against a central Israel resident who crossed the border into Gaza Strip several months after the war began. According to the indictment, during a protest that gathered about 150 people near the Erez Crossing at the Gaza border, the accused crossed the buffer zone, entered Gaza territory and climbed an electric pole. The indictment also noted that the accused remained on the pole at a significant height, "while endangering his life and the lives of IDF soldiers due to the risk of gunfire."
