The Headquarters for the Return of the Hostages announced that the family of captive Bipin Joshi, whose life is in grave danger, will release footage of him and has meanwhile authorized the release of an image from the video collected as IDF spoils. The video was reportedly filmed in November 2023, about a month after the kidnapping. Joshi's family said, "The sign of life found in Gaza serves as an anchor of strong faith for us that he is alive." In the last known footage of Bipin, he was seen being led while alive in Shifa Hospital after his kidnapping on October 7.
