President's Office: Herzog's Talks with UAE Did Not Involve Security Matters

|
President Isaac Herzog denied the claim in Haaretz's investigation that he held a conversation with United Arab Emirates President Mohammed bin Zayed that dealt with security matters, Hamas or Yahya Sinwar. The President's Office stated that 'the conversations dealt with social and domestic issues in Israel and relations between the countries. Therefore, it should be emphasized that the President of the State was not aware of the alleged warning and has no knowledge regarding the very existence of such a warning.'
