National Security Council refines guidelines for Israelis abroad: Avoid displaying Jewish symbols

|
The National Security Council has refined its guidelines for Israelis staying abroad following the attack on Iran. "We recommend that all Israeli citizens abroad avoid displaying Jewish and Israeli symbols in public spaces; avoid publishing identifying details about your location or future plans on social media; avoid attending large events identified with Israel or Judaism; cooperate with local security forces and follow their instructions immediately if you encounter hostile activity; maintain increased alertness in public places," the statement said. Additionally, the NSC updated that in case of emergency, one should immediately contact local security forces and update the Foreign Ministry's situation center (at 02-5303155).
