The Meteorological Service updated that the coming day is expected to be stormy, with rain beginning in the coastal plain and lowlands during late night hours. Tomorrow before dawn, the rain will spread to most areas of the country, intensify and be accompanied by lightning, thunderstorms, hail and strong wind gusts. From morning until noon, heavy rainfall and strong wind gusts are expected in many areas of the country, including the Negev, Arava and Dead Sea region. There is also a forecast for accumulation of dozens of millimeters in short periods, urban flooding, flash floods and disruptions in southern and Dead Sea streams.
