Officer dismissed following Air Force orgy

Female soldier has sex with 13 comrades at IAF base; non-commissioned officer in charge dismissed for failing to stop orgy

The findings of an internal inquiry into an orgy between an IDF female soldier and 13 male comrades at an Israel Air Force base has prompted IDF Chief of General Staff Lit.-Gen. Dan Halutz to dismiss a non-commissioned officer (NCO) who failed to report the incident to his military superiors, Israel’s leading newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported.
According to a military probe, a female soldier had sex with 13 servicemen while on duty at an IAF base two years ago but failed to seduce the non-commissioned officer in charge into engaging in oral sex.
Based on the inquiry’s findings Halutz decided to dismiss the 42-year-old NCO for “inappropriate conduct," stating that he failed to stop the orgy and did not report the incident to his superiors.
The NCO submitted a petition to the High Court asking that Halutz’ decision be reversed and that he be allowed to resume military duty.
According to the petition, the NCO turned down an offer for oral sex by the female soldier but touched her breast “with no sexual intension.”
The petition also argues that the NCO has been treated indiscriminately as some soldiers who took part in the orgy have not been dismissed.
The petition added that the NCO is an outstanding soldier who received a certificate for saving an IAF fighter jet from crashing.
