Foreign Minister Gideon Saar sharply criticized the declaration of 25 countries against Israel calling for "an end to the suffering in Gaza," and attacked that "if Hamas congratulates you - you are in the wrong place. The praise of Hamas for the countries' declaration is the best proof of the mistake they made - some with good intentions and others out of an obsession against Israel." Saar noted that "we are at a sensitive stage in negotiations, Hamas is entrenched in its positions and refuses a ceasefire, and simultaneously conducts a smear campaign that misleads many in the international community."
