Omri Sharon, son of former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon ,was released from prison Wednesday, after serving two-thirds of his sentence.
Sharon was sentenced toseven months in prison after he was convicted of falsifying corporate documents, perjury and breaking the Campaign Financing Law. Sharon served five months out of his sentence and was found eligible for early parole due to good behavior.

His brother, Gilad Sharon, met him outside the prison walls. He was also met by a large group of reporters, but he refused to take any questions.
Sharon will be defined by the Israeli Prison Service as a prisoner with a leave permit, for the next two months. During that time, any violation of his parole terms could result in him being sent to jail again, for the remainder of his sentence.
