Members of businessman and billionaire Lev Leviev's family have withdrawn all criminal complaints they filed against Simon Leviev, dubbed the 'Tinder Swindler.' The settlement agreement between the parties was submitted for approval to the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court. In the complaints, the Leviev family claimed that the 'Tinder Swindler,' born as Shimon Yehuda Hayut, changed his name to Simon Leviev and for a long period impersonated and continues to impersonate Lev Leviev's son in Israel and around the world. After the court noted that the cases involved occurred outside Israel and the court in the country does not have jurisdiction to hear them, the Leviev family filed a joint request to withdraw the criminal complaint.
