Lebanon reports: One killed, two wounded in vehicle strike in country's south

Lebanese media outlets reported that an Israeli drone struck a vehicle between the villages of Meis al-Jabal and Blida in southern Lebanon. Al-Manar TV channel correspondent, affiliated with Hezbollah, reported that one person was killed and two others were wounded in the strike.
