US official: Visas denied to 80 Palestinian Authority officials in addition to Abbas

A US State Department official reported that in addition to Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, the United States has denied visas to 80 other officials in the Authority. Earlier, Abbas's office stated that "the US State Department's decision violates international law. The American administration must reverse its decision and allow the Palestinian delegation to enter."
