The Nature and Parks Authority announced that all hiking trails in the Batiha Nature Reserve will be closed during the weekend, following yesterday's fire in the Sea of Galilee area. The trails that will be closed in the reserve are: the Zaki Trail; the Sea of Galilee Loop Trail between Amnon Beach and Kinar; 4x4 routes. In addition, the Majrasa Nature Reserve will open around 10:00 AM. "Visitors should check the Nature and Parks Authority website before setting out on trips and follow the instructions of rangers in the area," the authority said.
