Police have updated that medical personnel have pronounced the death of a woman who was critically injured in a traffic accident on Highway 232, near Ivim. "The circumstances of the accident are being investigated by traffic examiners," they reported. Meanwhile, Highway 232 has been closed to traffic in both directions from Ivim Junction to Four Seasons Circle. Three additional women (approximately 36, 40, and 70 years old) were moderately injured, and one more person was lightly injured. MDA paramedics and medics provided them with medical treatment and evacuated them to Soroka and Barzilai hospitals.
