Anwar Gargash, advisor to UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed, said that "any political solution addressing Iranian aggression against Gulf states must include clear guarantees to prevent future attacks, anchor the principle of non-aggression and demand Iranian compensation for damage to infrastructure." He added: "Iran deceived its neighbors before the war regarding its intentions and exposed premeditated aggression, despite efforts to avoid it. The Iranian regime, which has become the primary threat to the security of the Arabian Gulf, must be confronted."
