The Prime Minister's Office announced on behalf of the Mossad that "on Wednesday, a terror cell was exposed in Germany that was allegedly linked to Hamas and was planning attacks on Israeli and Jewish targets. German security services (BFV) arrested three members of the cell." According to the statement, "their arrest was made possible through close cooperation between the Mossad for Intelligence and Special Operations and German security and intelligence forces. Weapons were found in possession of the cell members, which were allegedly intended for carrying out the attack. This arrest adds to other Mossad activities in recent weeks across Europe in cooperation with local security and law enforcement agencies, including in Austria."
