Transportation Minister Miri Regev was interviewed at the State Women's Conference by ynet and Yedioth Ahronoth, addressing criticism about the lack of female CEOs and other female appointments in the government. She said, "I can say that most of my team consists of women, whether it's my chief of staff, professional advisor and so on. I just appointed a chairwoman to the NTA." When asked if this was a 'foul' by the government, she responded: "I think there are many other positions, not just CEO roles, where government members appoint women. In the end, a minister works with someone they trust, and in this case, it happened to be a male CEO."
