The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, addressed reports about intelligence assessments suggesting that Iran's nuclear program has been delayed by only a few months, saying: "I don't like this 'hourglass approach.'" According to him, "In any case, the technological knowledge and production capability still remain in their possession. No one can take that away from them. Whether it's a delay of a month or not - we need to find a solution that will stand the test of time."
