The Meteorological Service issued an update on rainfall conditions in the south, reporting that floods are expected to continue in the area in the coming hours. According to the announcement, heavy rains are falling across the Negev and Arava regions from Eilat to Ein Gedi, with the highest precipitation recorded so far in the southern Arava: 34mm in Samar and 17mm in Yotvata. Additionally, strong water flow has been recorded in many streams in the southern region and Dead Sea area.
