Israel's Ambassador to the Netherlands, Zvi Vapni, received notice that he will be summoned for a reprimand following punitive measures decided by Israel, primarily the revocation of the status of Dutch diplomats in Ramallah and, even earlier, the removal of Dutch diplomats from the coordination headquarters in Kiryat Gat.
