Givati Brigade forces under the command of the 162nd Division, in cooperation with Yahalom combat engineers, eliminated a cell of terrorists who were in a tunnel in Beit Hanoun that stretched about two kilometers. The tunnel contained living quarters and weapons, including Kalashnikov rifles and explosive devices, according to the IDF spokesperson, who noted that the tunnel was destroyed. The military also reported that Givati forces eliminated several terrorists in the area and destroyed terror infrastructure and weapons both above and below ground.
