Security forces thwarted an attempt to smuggle weapons from Jordan into Israel. In a joint statement, the IDF and Police reported that during a planned operation yesterday, IDF forces from the Jordan Valley Brigade and Border Police fighters from the Northern District foiled the smuggling attempt and located four handguns.
