IDF chief dismisses former intel head Aharon Haliva from reserves over phone

Former Military Intelligence chief Aharon Haliva was dismissed from reserve service without attending a meeting with the IDF Chief of Staff due to scheduling constraints. The Chief of Staff called him by phone to inform him of the decision. Haliva told him, "I took responsibility, I expect there will be a state commission of inquiry."
