Report: ICC member states vote to continue disciplinary proceedings against Chief Prosecutor Khan

|
Member states of the International Criminal Court (ICC) voted in favor of continuing disciplinary proceedings against Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan over allegations of serial sexual harassment against a subordinate female employee. Sources involved in the matter told The Wall Street Journal. According to the report, UN investigators determined in a report they prepared that there is a factual basis for the allegations of inappropriate sexual conduct toward the assistant, and that her testimony supports the claims. Additionally, the investigators found evidence that Khan retaliated against two employees who first reported the assistant's allegations to the court's oversight bodies.
