Palestinian elements reported that Israel's Air Force attacked a series of targets in the Gaza Strip on Thursday. There were no reports of injuries.
According to sources in the Gaza Strip, IAF jets bombed a building which previously served as the Palestinian intelligence headquarters, as well as a sports hall and a military training base belonging to Izz al-Din al-Qassam, Hamas' military wing.
In addition, an unknown target was bombed in an open area in Jabel Ris, east of Gaza City.
The Palestinians claim an unknown target in the eastern Gaza Strip was bombed. Gaza's rescue and emergency services spokesman Adham Abu Salmiya announced there were no injuries.
The IDF Spokesperson's Unit said IAF jets bombed terror targets in the northern Gaza Strip. "All of our aircrafts returned safely to their bases. The strike is a response to rocket fire on southern communities."
At least eight rockets werefired at Israel on Thursday with the most recent Qassam exploding in Sderot. Earlier on Thursday, rockets were fired at Ashdod and the Eshkol Regional Council. There were no reports of injuries or damage.
