An Israeli woman was killed in a rafting accident in Thailand, the Foreign Ministry confirmed Monday. Eye witnesses said that a riverboat carrying seven travelers capsized in a river 60 kilometers from the northern city of Chiang Mai.
The woman's body was found later on. The remaining Israeli travelers were not hurt.

The Boeing 737 organized by the Georgian government to transport the Israelis injured in an accident which took place near Kutaisi Sunday morning, landed atBen Gurion International Airport in the small hours of Monday morning.
  • Fourteen Israeli tourists traveling to Kutaisi, the second largest city in Georgia, were hurt when the minibus they were on crashed into a roving truck in the mountain roads of Imereti province.
