A military doctor in the Central Command is suspected of various sex offences including rape and indecent acts against several female soldiers he examined.
Military Police launched an investigation into the case in December 2012.
The doctor, an IDF civilian employee, is suspected or raping soldiers, who came to him complaining of stomach aches, sore throats and similar conditions.
The military prosecution is looking into suspicions that the doctor had committed sexual offences involving other soldiers in his previous post several years ago and is considering filing charges against him.
The IDF confirmed the report.
