The judge suspected of alleged child abuse was questioned Tuesday at a Tel Aviv police station. According to the police, the judge was interrogated accordingly to directives issued by the Attorney General's Office.
At the end of the session, the judge was released, thus bringing to a conclusion the police's investigation into the complaint, which was filed in 2010.

Last Thursday, three years after the complaint was filed, Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein instructed the police to investigate the judge, whose identity has been placed under a gag order.
The decision followed a prolonged delay, which inspired a public uproar, brining the incident to light. According to the Justice Ministry ,the cause for the delay was an "administrative error."
During the three-year tarry, the police awaited Weinstein's authorization to confront the judge with the allegations brought against him.
Over the said period of time, the police successfully deposed the judge's ex-wife as well as his children, but were unable to question him as the AG's approval is needed to question officers of the court.
