Eran Barmucha, whose wife was killed in a car accident last month, as she was driving him back to prison after a leave, was released Sunday and returned to his Kiryat Gat residence to be with his children.
Barmucha was indicted of fraud and was sentenced to 38 months in prison in 2011. Following the road accident in which his wife Ortal was killed and his two children were injured, the Israel Prison Service decided to reduce his sentence.

"On the other hand, I'm happy to be with my kids again and that I won't be forced to leave them and go back to prison. At the moment, the most important thing to me is to take care of my children. My entire family endured this awful trauma and this is our chance to overcome it."
