The tires of five cars were slashed Wednesday night, and the words "price tag "sprayed in Jerusalem's Gilo street, in which both Jews and Arabs are known to reside.
According to preliminary details, three of the vehicles belong to Arabs and two to Jews.

"Whoever did this must have thought they were damaging Arabs' cars, but this street also has Jewish residents," a source with the Jerusalem police told Ynet.
Smadar Avraham, a policewoman, was one of the Jewish victims of the vandals. "All the residents are appalled," she said. "I can't fathom what kind of hatred drives people to come over here and cause damage to the property of people who have done nothing wrong. In our neighborhood there's no difference between Jews and Arabs; we have great relationships and everyone takes care of each other."
