IDF Spokesman Brig. Gen. Efi Defrin issued a statement to the media, addressing the night of assassinations in Iran, including that of Saeed Izadi, commander of the Palestine Corps in Iran's Quds Force. "He invested significant efforts in advancing the extremist Iranian regime's vision of destroying the State of Israel," he said. "He was one of the architects of the murderous terrorist attack of October 7. He was among the few who knew about it before it was carried out. We will continue to hunt down the architects of the massacre until the last one of them."
