Yuval Rabin, the son of Yitzhak Rabin ,Israeli prime minister who was assassinated in 1995, delivered an address on Tuesday, the anniversary of the assassination, in a ceremony held at the Presidential Residence.
"I would like to bring up several phrases that became prevalent, such as Oslo criminals,' or the use of the words '20 years of terror.' Is this terror really the direct result of Oslo? Jews have been dealing with Palestinian terror since the previous century."

He urged leadership to "look forward. As in 1992, Israel is also facing threats and the way to end the conflict is to initiate."
President Shimon Peres opened the ceremony in saying that "The murderer will never be pardoned; the murdered will never be granted clemency. I feel as if Yitzhak was killed just yesterday."
He added, "Yitzhak knew the way to peace – there is nothing more difficult than it. He never for a moment deluded himself about that, but he believed that the Zionist interest and the supreme national interest is ensuring Israel's future."
