The Haifa District Court indicted Sunday a Border Guard officer and an IDF soldier, accused of robbing a sex worker.
According to the indictment, the two arrived at the victim's house with a toy gun and a fake search-warrant, demanding that she let them in and allow them to search her apartment.

Reportedly, the Border Guard officer, 19, arrived at the woman's apartment last week, presenting his officer ID and telling her he is on duty. He then showed her the toy gun and the warrant, calling his friend to join him at the apartment.
According to the indictment, the sight of the gun increased the concern of the already frightened complainant, who acquiesced to a search being performed at her apartment.
- The two men persisted with the charade, pretending to discuss the woman's case with supervisors over the phone and threatening to arrest her.
The prosecution noted that the defendants had stolen several hundreds shekels from the woman's apartment.
The officer was indicted for conspiracy to commit a crime, robbery ,impersonating a public servant and more.
The soldier will face military court.
- The Border Guard officer's attorney insisted that he was "a naïve and normative young boy who joined the Border Guard several months ago and was dragged into this. Hopefully the court will be considerate."
