The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Tel Aviv District Court against Bakhruz Shakharib Dudubayev (33), an illegal resident from Tajikistan, for espionage on behalf of Iran. According to the indictment, Dudubayev was operated from February to June via Telegram and collected intelligence on strategic and military infrastructure in Israel in exchange for payment in cryptocurrency. The indictment also states that Dudubayev transmitted information about missile impact locations during Operation 'Roar of the Lion' and photographed the Haifa Port and an Elbit Systems facility. The indictment attributes to him security offenses of contact with a foreign agent, transmitting information to benefit the enemy and transmitting information to the enemy with intent to harm state security.
