The governor of Belgorod region in southwestern Russia, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced that a dam was damaged in an attack launched by Ukraine. As a result, residents of the villages of Shebekino and Bezlyudovka, adjacent to the border between the countries, were instructed to evacuate their homes due to flooding concerns. Meanwhile, the death toll from Russian attacks overnight in Ukraine has risen to four - two in the capital Kyiv and two in Dnipropetrovsk region, according to local authorities.
