Israeli arrested after death threat to Arab MK

24-year-old from Rosh HaAyin arrested after writing to Arab MK Ahmad Tibi on Facebook: "I'm the one who will kill you. Your time is nearly up, you have no place in this world."

A 24-year-old resident of Rosh HaAyin was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of making death threats against MK Ahamd Tibi (Joint List). The individual is currently being interrogated by Rosh HaAyin police following his message to Tibi on Facebook.

"I'm the one who will kill you," the suspect wrote to Tibi. "You have no place in this world, we hate you and even your people hate you, not to mention your terrorist brothers. Inshallah they will die today, as well as those who hate you. Ahmad your time is nearly up, enjoy it while you can."

The full Facebook message read:
"Very soon I will kill you Ahmad…and in your grave there will be a pig's head in order to show your true face you dog… You have no place in this world, we hate you, even your people hate you, not to mention your terrorist brothers. Inshallah they will die today as well as those who hate you… Ahmad your time is nearly up so enjoy it while you can… Strengthen yourself in Al-Aqsa Mosque a little…Haha, I forgot Bibi said not to let terrorists in!"
MK Tibi declined to issue a response, but sources close to him said that since the incitement of MK Elkin against him and of Netanyahu against Arab MKs, they had noticed an increase in the number of threats against Tibi and his Arab colleagues.
