Cambodia called for an immediate and unconditional ceasefire with Thailand during an emergency discussion at the UN Security Council, amid escalation and exchange of fire between the two countries. "We are calling for an immediate and unconditional ceasefire and a peaceful resolution to the conflict," said Cambodia's UN ambassador, Chha Kao.
