Police are asking the public for help in locating Dor Kogon, 26, a missing person at risk from Petah Tikva, who was last seen yesterday at 4:00 p.m. near Moshe Sneh Street in the city. According to the police description, he is 1.70 meters tall, has a slim build, dark hair, brown eyes and is shaved on the sides with a French beard. He was wearing blue shorts, a blue shirt, sneakers and a black hat. He also has a tattoo on his left arm. Police further stated that "anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call the police hotline at 100 or the Petah Tikva police station at 03-9393444."
