Canadian police have launched an investigation into the ramming incident at the Filipino community's LaPu LaPu street festival in Vancouver, where multiple people were reportedly killed and injured.
In a statement posted on X, police stated "We are confident this is not a terrorist incident." Earlier, it was reported that the suspected driver, a 30-year-old man, was arrested.
