U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Hacoby said that the American aid fund's activities in Gaza "will expand soon." Currently, the Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF) operates four distribution centers, most of them in the southern part of the Strip. "The plan is to increase the number of centers to 16 and start operating them 24 hours a day," he said in an interview with Fox News, in response to a question about whether and how the U.S. plans to be more involved in aid distribution.
