A Palestinian source close to Hamas told the channel that meetings were held in Doha yesterday with Qatari, Egyptian and Turkish officials who "encouraged Hamas to agree to the proposal." According to him, "Hamas leadership made it clear that international guarantees are needed for a full Israeli withdrawal from the Strip and guarantees that the ceasefire will not be violated." The source added that "the movement apparently needs two-three days to formulate its position."
