Iranian operatives hacked former minister Ayelet Shaked's phone during the 12-day war. The operatives breached her Telegram account, which according to sources close to her "was empty" and did not contain important information. In 2016 and 2017, she personally received warnings from the then-Shin Bet chief that Iranian elements were attempting to intercept her calls, and she was asked to take extra precautions accordingly.
