Two Ukrainian men and a Romanian citizen were charged with conspiracy to set fire to properties, including the family home in Kentish Town, North London, as well as a car and property previously owned by Starmer. Officials said they are investigating whether Russian elements recruited the three individuals, and discussions are underway on 'how to best respond, if this is indeed the case.'
