Draft law crisis: Netanyahu arrives at Knesset, pressures ultra-Orthodox not to oppose framework

|
Against the backdrop of the military service exemption law crisis, and after the ultra-Orthodox threatened to leave the coalition if a draft of the law is not submitted tonight, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived at the Knesset following the conclusion of his hearing in Case 1000. Simultaneously, Degel HaTorah chairman MK Moshe Gafni met with Coalition Chairman Ofir Katz and Shas representative Yinon Azoulay. Netanyahu is pressuring the ultra-Orthodox not to oppose the framework that will be presented and not to topple the laws.
