Leaders of the 'Change Bloc' met at the home of Opposition Leader Yair Lapid and presented a 'principles document' in which they pledged that 'party leaders commit to doing everything to increase the voter base, achieve a majority in the elections and form a government.' They also promised not to attack each other: 'From today until the government is formed, none of us or anyone on our behalf will attack a partner party in the bloc or its leader.' Meanwhile, they divided into three joint working groups that will, among other things, formulate the basic guidelines for the next government. At the meeting, it was agreed that until after the elections they will not deal with the bloc's candidate for prime minister, something that Yisrael Beytenu party leader Gadi Eisenkot has insisted on until now.
