According to the indictment, between 2019 and 2023, Amos would comment on the students' bodies and clothing, proposition them to go out with him and initiate physical contact with them without their consent. In one case, according to the indictment, he placed his hand on the thigh of a minor student, and in another case he approached a student waiting at a bus stop, pulled her toward him, pressed against her, hugged and kissed her on the cheek against her will. The indictment charges Amos with offenses of indecent acts and sexual harassment, including indecent acts with a minor.
