Fire and Rescue Services reported that two workers who were trapped under a collapsed balcony in a building on Zechariah Street in Tel Aviv have been rescued. The workers were trapped under the debris of the second-floor balcony out of three in a building undergoing renovations, and were rescued in moderate condition.
