The United States will file federal hate crime charges against Elias Rodriguez, who was accused of murdering two Israeli embassy employees, Yaron Lishinsky and his partner Sarah Milgrams, outside the National Jewish Museum during an American Jewish Committee (AJC) conference. This is according to court documents.
