Police arrested a 27-year-old German tourist suspected of spitting at a security guard and placing a bag containing materials for making Molotov cocktails near the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv. The tourist fled the scene and was later arrested following searches. Flammable material and glass bottles were found in the bag.
