The Northern District Prosecutor's Office is expected to file an indictment today at the Nazareth Magistrate's Court against Yaakov Shibli, a 19-year-old from the village of Shibli in the Lower Galilee, for expressing identification with ISIS. Shibli was arrested for questioning on August 16, during which it emerged that he viewed content about the terrorist organization and swore allegiance to them.
